The CGX Leadership Development Program needed a brand that appealed to the target audience and reflected its corporate brand. CGX also needed marketing materials to recruit and educate potential employees on the industry and the many diverse career paths.
A brand image and marketing program were created focusing on recruiting college talent. The overall concept was developed around the 'Live. Learn. Lead.' theme which represents the program's three-year training structure. The design takes into account the college audience. So, the overall look and feel is directed toward college age recruits.
